Return of goods of proper quality is possible if its original presentation is preserved, there are no signs of operation, the equipment is preserved (packaging, the label is not torn off the product), consumer properties, as well as a document confirming the fact and conditions of purchase of the specified product (sales receipt/cash receipt or a printout from the personal account of the relevant payment system with payment details.
You can refuse the ordered product at any time before it is received, at the time of delivery of the goods by the courier, and after receipt - within 14 calendar days.
To return the goods, you also need an identity document (passport of a citizen of the Russian Federation / international passport, temporary identity card of a citizen of the Russian Federation, issued for the period of issuing a passport, military ID, driver's license).
When returning goods of good quality, they will return its cost no later than 10 days from the date of receipt of the goods and your written application, however, within the specified period, we have the right to conduct an examination of the goods in order to determine its quality and safety of consumer properties. The terms for crediting funds to the beneficiary's settlement account depend on the internal regulations of the beneficiary's bank. As part of the Internet acquiring technology, a refund is possible only using the details of the bank card with which the payment was made.
